The 15th of the month is fast approaching, and the Fight for $15 needs your support. Let's send Premier Clark the message that BC needs a $15 per hour minimum wage. This month we are talking about the connection between low wages and poverty. It is shameful that BC is the only province without a poverty reduction plan. We need a plan, and a $15 per hour minimum wage would be a great first step towards ending poverty in BC! Join us on Sunday, March 15th at 1pm at the Unifor Hall in New Westminster. Come out and learn about the campaign, share ideas, and join together to build a strong movement for fair wages. The Open House will start with a brief introduction on the Fight for $15 campaign in BC, followed by a panel of 3 speakers who will share their experiences in low wage work.
