Because life really does begin at 50!
About BC FORUM
BC FORUM works for you!
The BC Federation of Retired Union Members – BC FORUM – represents thousands of retired and active workers from unions affiliated to the BC Federation of Labour.
For retirees, BC FORUM keeps the strength of the union movement on your side after you’ve left the work force. For active workers, BC FORUM helps you plan for retirement – because leaving work should not mean leaving the movement.
By working together in solidarity, we retain the bargaining power to spotlight issues important to seniors, demand the attention of legislators, and negotiate the best benefits for our members.
BC FORUM is a registered non-profit society for union members age 50 and up. We are dedicated to representing the well-being of members, their families and their spouses. We are supported and endorsed by WE Consulting and Benefits and the BC Federation of Labour, which generously provides office space to us.
Together, we can continue to enjoy the relationships and benefits of being part of the union movement. Because no matter what age we are, together we’re strong.
Miriam Olney, BC FORUM Board Secretary and Diane Wood, President, volunteered at the BC FORUM booth at the CLC Winter School Trade Fair at Harrison Hot Springs on Sunday, January 31, 2016.
