Former BC FORUM Board member Brother Ray Andrus passes away; Celebration of Life service to take place March 18th

The BC Federation of Retired Union Members received notice this week that former Board member, Brother Ray Andrus, recently passed away.

His obituary appears online and was published on March 11, 2017.

A Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, March 18th at the Victory Memorial Park Funeral Center, 14831 28th Ave., Surrey, starting at 1:00 pm.

Brother Bill Silvester, BC FORUM Vice President, writes: “Ray was an Officer in the Canadian Postal Workers Union. He then carried on his support for the union movement as a Director of the British Columbia Federation of Retired Union Members (BCFORUM). Ray Andrus will be remembered for his many accomplishments for postal workers and the Labour movement.”
